Returns and Refunds

Return and Refunds Policy:

Return Request Window: Returns can be initiated within 5 days of product delivery.
Return Pickup/Dispatch Timeline: Once approved, the return pickup will be scheduled within 2 business days. 

Return Delivery Timeline: Returned items should reach the warehouse within 5–7 business days after pickup.

The product cost along with GST wll be refunded to the customer on receipt of the product in resalable condition. The refund amount will reflect in customer's account within 4 to 5 days of initiating the refund. Should there be a manufacturing defect the shipping cost to and fro will be refunded by us.

Order Cancellation Policy:

To cancel an order you have placed with us, you must contact email ( www.suganuniform.in ) phone ( +91 98840 52626 ). Cancellation will not be entertained for customised orders that have been already processed. Cancellation will be accepted provided the shipment is yet to be effected. A full refund will be initiated and funds will reflect in customer account within 4 to 5 days of cancellation.

Size Exchange Policy :

Customer will have to courier back the garment(s) at their own cost and Sugan Uniforms will send the size of their choice.Products that are out of stock typically will be back in stock within 15 days and will be shipped as soon as available.
