Shipping Policy

General Guidelines

Our aim is to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. We ship our products all across India from our warehouse in Chennai. The terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy govern all orders processed and shipped by Sugan Uniforms.
 

Shipment Processing Time

Order Dispatch Timeline: Orders will be dispatched within 24–48 hours after successful payment.
Delivery Timeline: Delivery is expected within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

Pre-Orders: Pre-Ordered uniforms will be delivered and shipped according to the duration mentioned on the Product page.

For all orders that are in stock will be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The rates may vary based on the destination of your order.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In such situations, we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible, but we ask for your patience and understanding.
 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
